Rachel Buckingham is the Customer Success Manager at MVision AI, bringing over 11 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy, including nine years specializing in complex treatment planning. A certified therapeutic radiographer, she has extensive hands-on expertise in VMAT, RapidArc, SABR, and adaptive radiation therapy techniques, including plan-of-the-day workflows.Before taking on her current role, Rachel served as a Clinical Success Specialist at MVision AI, where she helped clinical teams adopt AI-driven solutions. Today, she works closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to provide training, coordinate onboarding, and offer ongoing clinical support.Passionate about collaboration and innovation, Rachel is dedicated to helping clinicians use advanced technology to improve efficiency, consistency, and patient care.
