Rachel Buckingham is Customer Success Manager at MVision AI, bringing over 11 years of clinical experience in radiotherapy, including nine years specialising in complex treatment planning. A qualified therapeutic radiographer, she has extensive hands-on expertise in VMAT, RapidArc, SABR, and adaptive radiotherapy techniques, including plan-of-the-day workflows.Before stepping into her current role, Rachel served as a Clinical Success Specialist at MVision AI, where she supported clinical teams in adopting AI-driven solutions. Today, she works closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to deliver training, coordinate onboarding, and provide ongoing clinical support.Passionate about collaboration and innovation, Rachel is dedicated to helping clinicians leverage advanced technology to improve efficiency, consistency, and patient care.
